ShineWell is our dedicated menopause and hormone therapy program designed to support women through perimenopause, menopause, and survivorship care. These offerings are separate from our Shine Direct Primary Care membership yet deeply connected in spirit, philosophy, and whole-person focus.

You do not need to be a Shine Direct Primary Care (DPC) member to begin. Patients may also choose to:

  • Select the care option that best aligns with their health goals and life stage

 

ShineWell offers flexible program options, ranging from one-time consultations to structured six-month care pathways, each tailored to your symptoms, medical history, and personal goals. ThriveInsight: Menopause Consultation
(single visit)

You don’t need to change doctors to get expert support. INSIGHT is a one-time, in-depth menopause consultation designed for women who want a second opinion, a deeper understanding of their symptoms, or guidance to enhance the care they’re already receiving.

Whether you're working closely with your PCP, OB/GYN, or oncologist — or simply want more clarity before starting treatment — this consultation gives you the space and expertise to ask questions, review labs, and get a personalized roadmap for your next steps.

Insight. Validation. Direction.

Includes:  One Visit

After required labs and documents are received this consult includes one 90 minute consult with summary for outside coordination of care including  PCP or OBGYN coordination.

Thrive Now: Menopause Evaluation with Follow-up

This series of comprehensive, personalized evaluations includes One 90 Minute Consultation with Two 30-minute follow-ups to refine your care.

Thrive Core: Comprehensive 6-month Program

The Journey: Five Intentional Visits Over Six Months
 

Required as part of Consultation

A pre-consult review of your record will be completed by Dr Romero prior to your consult visit.  Your information will be collected prior to your visit so that your visit is focused on YOU and YOUR needs!

Metabolic Assessment:
InBody Scan Is included to be done during your first visit

Preventative Risk Assessment includes Bone Health and Cardiac Health:

DXA Scan (Bone Density Test)
-Order will be provided if you do not have a current one

CT Heart Calcium Score 
- Order will be provided if you do not have a current one

Screening Mammography
- Order will be provided if you do not have a current one

Labwork Evaluation:

Upon enrollment you will receive a checklist of required labs.  If you have already completed them within the last 3 months we can use them or we will provide you with an order for new labs.
 

Labwork Disclaimer:
Labwork is not included in the program fee and is customized based on each individual’s needs. Patients may choose to use their health insurance for lab services. Please note that coverage, pricing, and out-of-pocket costs are determined by your specific insurance policy and are not controlled by our office.

Enrollment Disclaimer: When selecting the Get Started Link- you have chosen  to enroll into the program which best meets your needs.  After filling out the comprehensive profile and entering your payment information you will be charged the program fee in full. You will receive correspondence from us and begin the process of enrolling you into the selected program. We do not offer a payment program at this time.
