Dr. Romero provides full-spectrum primary care for both adults and children, with a focus on long-term, personalized relationships. She manages a wide range of chronic conditions including asthma, COPD, diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, thyroid issues, weight concerns, anxiety, depression, and more. Your ShineDPC membership also includes urgent care visits, preventive screenings, medication refills, and direct access to Dr. Romero via text or same-week appointments. Unlimited Visits

Schedule in office or telemedicine visits as you need them. There is no additional cost if you need followups or have questions.

Urgent/Sick Care

From fevers, colds, and flu symptoms to minor lacerations, sprains, and wound management, Dr. Romero offers a full range of in-office urgent care services. These include treatment for ear infections, sore throats, minor burns, urinary tract infections, allergic reactions, and other non-life-threatening conditions.

Womens Well Check

Prioritize your health with a comprehensive annual visit tailored for women. Our primary care physician provides personalized care, including Pap smears, annual breast imaging referrals, routine lab work, and preventive screenings. We focus on your overall well-being—covering reproductive health, lifestyle guidance, and chronic condition management.

Adult Well Check

Our comprehensive wellness visits for both women and men are designed to detect health issues early and support long-term well-being, and include blood pressure monitoring, complete lab work to assess cholesterol and blood sugar levels, bone density scans, hormone evaluations, CT heart score referrals for cardiovascular risk assessment, and age-appropriate cancer and metabolic screenings.

Coordinated Care: Physical Therapy, Strength & Balance, and Occupational Health

Our primary care physician works closely with physical therapists and occupational health specialists to coordinate care that supports your recovery, mobility, and functional independence. Whether you’re healing from an injury, managing age-related changes, or returning to work after illness, we ensure your therapy plans are aligned with your overall health goals. We help guide strength training, balance improvement, and occupational therapy referrals—tracking your progress and adjusting care as needed for a safe, sustainable recovery.

Menopause & Perimenopause Care

Navigating perimenopause and menopause can come with a wide range of physical and emotional changes. Our primary care physician provides compassionate, personalized care to help you manage symptoms such as hot flashes, sleep disturbances, mood changes, and hormonal shifts. We offer evidence-based guidance on lifestyle adjustments, symptom tracking, and treatment options—including hormone replacement therapy (HRT) when appropriate. Your care plan is tailored to your health history, risk factors, and personal preferences, ensuring you feel supported every step of the way.

Vitamin Injections

As part of our Enhanced Services, we offer a variety of vitamin injections to support energy, immunity, metabolism, and overall wellness. Common options include B12, vitamin D, and other targeted nutrients based on your individual needs.

There is no charge for the service itself—you only pay for the cost of the injectable vitamins. These treatments are quick, safe, and administered in-office under the supervision of our clinical team.
