Shine Direct Primary Care is a membership-based medical practice serving Estero, Naples, and Southwest Florida. Through a simple monthly membership, patients receive extended visits, same-day or next-day appointments when available, and direct access to their physician by phone, text, or secure messaging. Care is intentionally unhurried and relationship-driven, giving you the time and attention your health deserves.
Led by Dr. Frances Romero, Board-Certified Family Physician and Menopause Society Certified Practitioner, Shine DPC provides comprehensive adult primary care with specialized expertise in women’s health, perimenopause and menopause management, hormone therapy, preventive medicine, metabolic health, and chronic condition care.
We also partner with local businesses through our employer membership program, supporting women in the workforce with proactive, accessible medical care designed to help them perform, lead, and thrive.
